Dr. Sérgio Bortolai Libonati is a multidisciplinary professional with training in Law, Pharmacy and Biochemistry, in addition to Medicine. Currently, he holds the position of Clinical Director at CEPRO - Centro Paulista de Radioterapia e Oncologia Ltda. His vast experience in the medical field covers Cancerology and Radiotherapy, also focusing on the right to health, judicialization of health, constitutional guarantees and consumer health.

• Clinical Director of Centro Paulista de Radioterapia e Oncologia Ltda. (CEPRO) since 1981.

• Clinical Director and Technical Manager at Clínica de Radioterapia Ltda. (CLINARD) from 1981 to 2005.

• Doctor at the Radiotherapy and Oncology Service of the Hospital Servidor Público Estadual "Francisco Morato de Oliveira" – IAMSPE from 1978 to 2004, being director of the service from 1984 to 1998.

• University extension in Radiotherapy at the Royal Marsden Hospital, England, with a workload of 2100 hours, 1975-1976.

• Medical Residency at Instituto Central-Hospital A.C.Camargo, 1972-1973.

• Graduated in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of Sorocaba PUCSP.

• Degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry from the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry at USP.

• Degree in Law from the Faculty of Law Prof. Damásio de Jesus.
