Dr. Emerson de Oliveira is a renowned gynecologist and obstetrician with a vast academic and professional career. Graduated in Medicine from the Federal University of Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM) in 1999, he completed his medical residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics in 2001 at the same institution. He obtained the title of Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics from the Brazilian Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics Societies (FEBRASGO) in 2002, followed by a master's degree, doctorate and post-doctorate in Medicine (Gynecology) from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP-EPM) in the subsequent years. Dr. Emerson has qualifications in Urodynamics and Urethrocystoscopy, Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy from FEBRASGO/AMB, in addition to an MBA in Executive Health Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). As a member of the National Specialized Commission (CNE) for Urogynecology and Vaginal Surgery at FEBRASGO, he plays an active role in the area of ​​urogynecology. Since 2009, Dr. Emerson has been a professor at the Faculdade de Medicina do ABC (FMABC), where he works as Assistant Professor of Gynecology. He is a permanent advisor for the Master's and Doctorate Programs in Health Sciences, Coordinator of the Internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Responsible for the Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions Sector. His contribution to medical research is extensive, with more than 50 scientific articles published in specialized journals and several book chapters. Dr. Emerson supervised several master's dissertations and doctoral theses, in addition to actively participating in national and international medical events as a speaker and listener. His experience covers areas such as Health Management, Scientific Methodology and Gynecology and Obstetrics, with a focus on Urogynecology, Vaginal Surgery, Endometriosis and Uterine Leiomyoma.
