Dr. Alex Lederman is a highly qualified vascular surgeon, graduated from the USP Faculty of Medicine, with a medical residency in General Surgery completed in 2000 and specialization in Vascular Surgery in 2002, also from USP. He defended his Doctorate in Vascular Surgery from USP in 2015 and holds the title of Specialist in Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Surgery from the Brazilian Society of Angiology and Vascular Surgery and the Brazilian College of Radiology. A member of several professional societies, Dr. Lederman has been an assistant at the Division of Surgery at the USP University Hospital since 2002, where he also coordinates back-office teams in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. He works in a private practice on Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima and is the author of numerous articles, conference papers and books in the area of vascular surgery. Dr. Lederman is internationally recognized, having received important awards in the field, including the Edward B. Diethrich Award and the GEZA Award from TAKATS.
